This is a focused two-hour Aggression Management course designed to bridge the critical gap between initial conflict and physical defence.

This session centres on the REACT method, which is a clear, practical framework for recognising early warning signs, managing adrenaline, and making better decisions under pressure.

Rather than jumping straight to techniques, the course explores what actually happens in the moments leading up to violence, and how behaviour, communication, posture, and mindset can influence outcomes.

This is an essential course for anyone who wants to improve awareness, control escalation, and handle confrontational situations with greater confidence and clarity.

What is Krav Maga?

Krav Maga is a practical self-defense system focused on using simple techniques to manage a range of scenarios.

Do I need any prior martial arts experience?

No prior experience is necessary to join Brixton Krav Maga. Our programs are accessible for beginners but also beneficial for those with more experience in either Krav Maga or other martial arts backgrounds.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive training shoes that allow easy movement.

How often should I attend classes to see progress?

We recommend attending classes at least once a week to see noticeable improvement.

Are there any age restrictions for joining the classes

Our adult programs are for individuals 15 and older, youth programs are for ages 8 to 14

How do the classes ensure safety while learning combat skills?

Safety is our top priority. All classes are supervised by certified instructors and protective gear is used as necessary.
